Ragi Rotti | Finger Millet Rotti

Ragi Rotti is a  rustic, healthy breakfast dish from Karnataka

In a mixing bowl, add finger millet flour, grated carrot, chopped onion, chopped chillies, coriander, cumin seeds and salt

Mix well

Add water as required and knead to a smooth dough

Place a small portion of dough on a greased butter paper

Using your fingers, shape into a roti

Invert on a hot tawa. Drizzle oil and cook the roti

Cook on both sides
