Barnyard Millet Dosa

Barnyard millet soaked with chana dal and methi seeds for few hours

Soak udad dal for few hours

Blend udad dal to fine paste

Blend Barnyard millet to a fine paste and add to udad dal paste

Add salt and mix well. Keep aside for fermentation for 10 to 12 hours

Fermented batter

Heat a dosa pan. Pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread it in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.  

Cook on both sides. Serve hot
