Raw Banana Fry

Choose firm, raw bananas

Peel and cut the bananas into thick long slices

Keep banana slices immersed in water until the masala paste is prepared

Prepare masala paste by mixing ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and lemon juice

Coat the banana slices with masala paste

Dip in rava rice flour mixture

Fry the banana slices until they turn golden and crispy

Crispy, delicious banana fry is ready to be served
