Stuffed Mooli Parathas 

Add salt to grated radish and keep aside

Squeeze out water from grated radish 

Add spices and coriander leaves to grated radish 

Combine wholewheat flour, radish leaves and salt 

Knead to a stiff dough

Roll out a dough ball and place the stuffing

Bring the edges together and seal it 

Roll out again using  some flour

Place on a hot skillet

Drizzle ghee and cook on both sides
