Sprouted Horsegram Curry

3 cups of sprouted horsegram

Pressure cook sprouted horsegram

Crush garlic and keep aside

Heat oil in a pan. Add crushed garlic and saute

Add cooked horsegram and red chilly powder. Mix well.

Add roasted peanut powder, tamarind pulp and jaggery powder

Add salt as per taste. Cook covered for few minutes.

Garnish with coriander leaves

Serve with millet bhakris
