Paneer Saagwala

Wash  sarson, bathua and palak well . Chop them.

Pressure cook for 2 to 3 whistles

Strain the cooked leaves. Blend cooked leaves to a fine paste. 

Saute paneer in ghee and keep aside

Heat ghee, cumin seeds and chopped onions

Add tomatoes and cook till they turn mushy

Now add ginger, garlic, green chilly paste and cook. 

Add leafy greens paste, spices and salt

Add sauteed paneer and cook for few minutes.

Serve Paneer Saagwala with Makai roti
