Instant Ragi (Finger millet) Dosa

In a mixing bowl, add ragi and rice flour

Add water and  mix well

Cover and keep aside

add chopped onions, chopped chillies, cumin seeds and salt 

Add chopped coriander leaves and mix 

Heat a pan and add few drops of oil and spread the oil

Pour ladleful of batter on the pan. Start pouring the batter from the edges to the centre of the pan 

Cook till the dosa turns crispy
