Horsegram Soup
A protein rich lentil cultivated in India since centuries
Sprouted Horsegram - sprouting enhances the nutritive value of horsegram
Cook horsegram and reserve the water in which it is cooked
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, hing, garlic and red chillies
Add reserved water, salt, jaggery and tamarind pulp
Bring it to a boil and then simmer for few minutes
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
