Achari Dahi Bhindi
Wash the bhindis (okras) and wipe them dry
Chop bhindis lengthwise
Shallow fry the bhindis and keep aside
In a mixing bowl, add curds, chilly powder, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt. Mix well
Heat oil in a pan. Add fennel seeds, methi seeds, onion seeds, mustard and asafoetida
Add grated ginger and saute
Add chopped tomatoes
Cook till the tomatoes turn mushy
Add curds mixture and cook
Add fried bhindi
Mix and cook for few minutes
