Instant Rava Dhokla

Non-fermented Dhoklas made using semolina/ sooji/rava

In a mixing bowl, add semolina, curds and ginger green chillies paste

Mix well and keep aside for 30 minutes

Add salt, water and fruit salt. Mix well.

Pour into a greased plate

Steam for 10 to 12 minutes. Sprinkle chilli powder.

Cut into desired shapes.

For tempering, heat oil. Add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, asafoetida, green chillies and curry leaves

Pour tempering over the steamed dhokla

Serve with green chutney
