Roast peanuts and blend to a coarse powder
Peanut powder
Heat oin in a pan. Add mustard. cumin seeds, asafoetida, chopped garlic and saute
Add chopped chillies and saute
Add chopped methi leaves
Add salt, roasted peanut powder and jaggery powder
