Matar Paneer

Heat oil and add chopped onions

Add ginger, garlic, cashews  and saute

Once the onions are cooked well, add tomatoes and green chilly

Cook till tomatoes turn mushy

Transfer to a mixer jar and blend to a smooth paste

Heat oil. Add bay leaf, cinnamon, cloves and cumin seeds

Add masala paste, red chilly powder, cumin-coriander powder and garam masala. Cook for few minutes

Add boiled green peas

Add paneer and mix gently

Add kasuri methi

Add fresh cream

Garnish with coriander leaves
