Matar Pulao

Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes

Heat ghee. Add cumin, bay leaf, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and cashew nuts

Add thinly sliced onions and saute

Add ginger garlic paste and saute

Add green peas

Add soaked rice

Add salt and garam masala

Add water and pressure cook for 2 whistles

Matar Pulao ready to be served
