Methi Matar Malai

Ingredients

Methi Peas Onion Ginger Garlic Green chillies Poppy seeds Cashew nuts tomato spices fresh cream oil salt

Blend onion, ginger, garlic, chillies, poppy seeds and cashews to a fine paste

Masala paste

Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped methi leaves and saute 

Keep sauteed methi leaves aside

Heat oil in a pan. Add masala paste and saute

Add tomato paste and saute

Add turmeric and garam masala

Add sauteed methi leaves

Add boiled peas

Add fresh cream  and mix

Methi Matar Malai ready to be served
