Millet Idlis | Barnyard Millet Idlis

Soak udad dal / barnyard millet in water for 5 hours.

Blend udad dal and barnyard millet to a  fine paste

Mix the batter well and set aside for fermentation

Fermented Batter

Pour the batter into idli moulds and steam

Steamed Idlis

Unmould the idlis

Serve hot with chutney and sambhar
