leftover chapatis

Tear the chapatis into tiny bits

Add salt and chilly powder. Mix and keep aside 

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, green chillies, curry leaves, asafoetida and chopped onions 

Saute and cook till onions turn soft 

Add torn chapatis and mix well

Cover and cook for few minutes

Garnish with chopped corainder leaves
