Pithla Bhakri

How to make Pithla 

In a mixing bowl. add besan 

Add water and mix well to make a smooth mixture 

Crush garlic and green chillies.

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard, cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and chopped green chillies

Add chopped onions and cook till they turn soft

Add garlic chilly paste  and cook 

Add besan mixture  while stirring simultaneously

Add more water, turmeric and salt 

Cook until the mixture starts thickening 

Garnish with chopped coriander

Serve Pithla with bhakris
