Sardine Pulimunchi
Pulimunchi is a spicy, tangy fish curry from the Mangalorean cuisine
Roast Byadgi Chillies
Roast coriander, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek, carom seeds and black pepper
Blend roasted ingredients alongwith onion, garlic, tamarind and turmeric
Heat oil in a clay pot. Add onion and curry leaves
Add masala paste, water and allow the curry to boil
Add fishes and cook
Serve Sardine Pulimunchi with steamed rice
