Spring Onion Akki Rotti

1 bunch of spring onion

Chopped spring onion

In a mixing bowl or a plate, add chopped spring onions, chopped coriander, green chillies, cumin seeds, grated coconut, rice flour and salt

Soft dough

Place a dough ball on a butter paper/banana leaf

Using your fingers, pat the dough ball into a roti

Invert the akki rotti on to a preheated pan

Drizzle oil around the roti and cook the roti on both sides till it turns crispy

Serve spring onion akki rottis with coconut chutney
