Stuffed Matar Parathas

Stuffed Matar Parathas - delicious flatbread with green peas filling

Tender Fresh Peas

Steam the shelled peas

For the parathas, knead wholewheat flour with carom seeds and salt

Soft and stiff dough

Make a paste of green chillies, ginger and garlic

For the stuffing, Mash steamed peas and add chilly ginger garlic paste alongwith spices

Take a small dough ball and flatten it Place the stuffing in the centre and seal it.

Roll this into a paratha

Place the paratha on a hot pan

Cook the pararthas until they turn golden and crispy
