Peel the raw bananas.
Cut them lengthwise into slightly thick slices. Do not make very thin slices.
Keep them immersed in water till the time you prepare the masala paste.
To make the masala paste, in a plate, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt and lemon juice. Mix well.
Coat the banana slices with this masala paste.
To prepare the outer coating, in a plate, add rava, rice flour and salt. Mix well.
Coat each slice of banana with this rava rice flour mixture.
Heat oil in a pan.
Place the banana slices in the pan.
Fry on both sides until they turn golden and crispy.
