Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup raw peanuts
  • ¾ cup jaggery, broken into small pieces
  • 3 green cardamom or ½ tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

  • Heat a pan/ skillet.
  • Add raw peanuts.
  • Roast on low heat till the peanuts turn crunchy and aromatic.
  • Once the peanuts are roasted well,remove and transfer it to a kitchen napkin . Let it cool a bit.
  • Rub the roasted peanuts alongwith the napkin between your palms to peel the peanuts.
  • Keep peeled peanuts aside.
  • Crush around 3 cardamoms into a fine powder. Keep aside. Now, transfer the peeled peanuts to a mixer jar.
  • Blend the peanuts on pulse mode fo rfew seconds to a coarse powder.
  • Add jaggery and blend again on pulse mode for few seconds.
  • Take a small portion of the mixture to check if it holds shape.
  • To this mixture, add cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Shape into laddoos.
  •  Keep the laddoos in an airtight container and serve as required. This can be kept at room temperature for 4 to 5 days.
