Heat a pan/ skillet.
Add raw peanuts.
Roast on low heat till the peanuts turn crunchy and aromatic.
Once the peanuts are roasted well,remove and transfer it to a kitchen napkin . Let it cool a bit.
Rub the roasted peanuts alongwith the napkin between your palms to peel the peanuts.
Keep peeled peanuts aside.
Crush around 3 cardamoms into a fine powder. Keep aside. Now, transfer the peeled peanuts to a mixer jar.
Blend the peanuts on pulse mode fo rfew seconds to a coarse powder.
Add jaggery and blend again on pulse mode for few seconds.
Take a small portion of the mixture to check if it holds shape.
To this mixture, add cardamom powder and mix well.
Shape into laddoos.
Keep the laddoos in an airtight container and serve as required. This can be kept at room temperature for 4 to 5 days.
