Firstly, wash the potatoes well.
Transfer the potatoes to a pressure cooker.
Add water, salt and pressure cook them for 3 to 4 whistles while ensuring to retain their firmness.
Once the pressure is released form the cooker, open the cooker.
Drain the water and allow the potatoes to cool completely.
Peel the potatoes.
Prick each potato using a fork.
Add a tablespoon of milagai podi to the potatoes.
Mix well using your fingers so that the potatoes are coated well with podi.
Set them aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds, sesame seeds and curry leaves.
Add 2 tbsp of milagai podi and saute for few seconds.
Now, add the podi coated potatoes. Mix well.
Add salt as required. Give a quick mix.
Turn off the heat. Add lemon juice.
Mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot.
