Sprouted Moong & Potato Sabzi 

Sprouted Moong/ green gram

Heat oil. Add mustard, cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and chopped garlic 

Add chopped onions and saute 

Add chopped tomato and potato cubes. Saute

Add sprouted moong and mix

Add turmeric, salt and some water.

Cover and cook for 8 to 10 mins

Add chilly powder, cumin-coriander powder and garam masala . Cook for few more minutes

Sprouted Moong & Potato sabzi is ready to be served
