Dry Fruits Barfi

Deseed dates and chop figs into small pieces

Crush dates and figs in a blender

Chop almonds, pistachios and walnuts . Keep aside

Roast chopped nuts till it turns aromatic. Keep aside.

Roast poppy seeds and keep aside

Heat ghee and add crushed dates. Saute for few seconds

Add crushed figs and saute

Add roasted nuts and mix

Transfer this mixture to a large plate or a kitchen  platform

Shape the mixture in cylindrical logs. Roll them on roasted poppy seeds.

Refrigerate for an hour

After an hour, cut them into slices.
