Sweet Potato Tikki Chaat
Wash sweet potatoes and pressure cook them
Mash boiled sweet potatoes
Add ginger green chilly paste, turmeric, chilly powder, cumin coriander powder, chaat masala, chopped coriander, salt and rice flour. Mix well
Shape into tikkis
Shallow fry tikkis
Fried Tikkis
Place fried tikkis on a serving plate
Top it with sweet curds, green and sweet chutney, crushed papdis, red chilly powder and chaat masala
Add nylon sev, some more sweet curds , chutneys and pomegranate seeds
