Besan Laddoos

Besan Laddoos - popular mithai made all over India

Heat ghee in a pan and add besan. Roast on low flame.

Roast the besan on low flame till it turns aromatic. 

Roast till besan starts leaving sides of the pan.

Allow the besan to cool. Add powdered sugar and chopped nuts

Shape into laddoos

Store in an airtight container
