Gujarati style Fresh Turmeric Pickle

Raw turmeric (kachchi haldi)

Raw mango ginger (Amba haldi)

Peel raw turmeric and mango ginger 

Cut them into juliennes. 

In a mixing bowl, add chopped turmeric, chopped mango ginger and green chillies

Add salt and lemon juice

Mix well

Cover and keep aside for  2 days

After 2 days, it is ready to consume

Transfer to a glass jar and keep it refrigerated.
