Potato Fry | Crispy Aloo Fry

Potato Fry - crispy, rava coated, shallow fried potato slices.

Peel the potatoes

Cut into thick slices

Keep potato slices soaked in water

Prepare a masala paste by mixing red chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, salt and lemon juice

Coat potato slices with masala paste

For outer coating, mix rava, rice flour, salt and red chilly powder

Coat potato slices with rava mixture

Shallow fry the potato slices

Serve potato fry with dal chawal
