Rajgira Chivda or Amaranth Chivda is a healthy snack made using puffed amaranth, nuts and spices.
Dry roast raw peanuts till they turn crunchy
Dry roast chopped almonds
Dry roast chopped cashew nuts
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chillies and chopped dry coconut. Saute for few seconds till coconut pieces are well roasted.
Add puffed rajgira/ amaranth
Add rock salt, powdered sugar and black pepper powder
