Ridge Gourd  Stir-Fry

Ridge Gourd Stir Fry – a simple and nutritious sabzi made with ridge gourds (turai)

Wash, peel and chop ridge gourds

Chopped Ridge Gourds 

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, udad dal, curry leaves, chopped garlic, hing, dry red chilly, and chopped green chillies. Saute for few seconds.

Add chopped onions and saute

Add chopped ridge gourds, turmeric and salt

Cover and cook till ridge gourd turns soft

Add fresh coconut
