In a mixing bowl, add sprouted methi seeds, chopped cucumber, chopped tomato, chopped semi-ripe totapuri mango, lemon juice, chilli flakes, salt and coriander leaves. Gently toss.

This salad is an excellent way to incorporate methi seeds in your diet.
