Chop paneer into small cubes and set aside.
Wash and chop Spinach. Keep aside.
Chop onion, green chillies and garlic. Keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds.
When the seeds start crackling, add chopped garlic.
Saute for few seconds till garlic turns aromatic.
Next, add chopped green chillies and chopped onion.
Saute till the onion turns golden brown.
Add chopped spinach.
Saute for few seconds.
Add paneer cubes and mix well.
Add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well.
Cook on low flame for a couple of minutes. Serve hot with rotis.
