palak paneer stir fry

Palak Paneer Stir-fry is a simple sabzi made with spinach and cottage cheese (paneer) which gets made in no time.

Palak Paneer is a popular vegetarian dish made with spinach and cottage cheese. The traditional palak paneer is made by cooking spinach puree with onion, tomatoes and spices. Chunks of paneer  are then added to the spinach gravy and simmered until the paneer is cooked and becomes flavourful.  But, when I do not have much time on hand or if I am feeling lazy, then Palak paneer stir-fry is my go-to dish.  Palak paneer stir fry is pretty simple to make and gets made under 30 minutes.

Palak Paneer Stir fry is a perfect dish for days when you want to rustle up something quickly. This pairs excellently with rotis with pickle on the side.

About Palak Paneer Stir Fry

Palak Paneer Stir Fry is a variation of the classic palak paneer dish. Paneer and palak are stir-fried with spices as opposed to the traditional palak paneer recipe.  Spinach is a good source of iron and paneer being rich in protein and calcium, this makes for a healthy recipe. Palak paneer stir fry served with rotis makes for a comforting meal.

Why we love this dish
