Firstly crumble the paneer using your fingers. Keep this aside.
Chop onions, tomato, green chillies and keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan.
Add cumin seeds.
When the seeds start crackling, add chopped onions.
Saute for a second.
Add chopped chillies and tomatoes.
Saute on low heat.
Add ginger garlic paste.
Saute till the onions and tomato turn soft and mushy and has lost their raw smell.
Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well.
Add some water in case the mixture is dry.
Add crumbled paneer and mix well.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve Paneer Bhurji with bread/ paav or chapatis.
