Heat a pan and add peanuts.
Dry roast the peanuts till it turns crunchy.
Remove and keep aside.
Add chopped almonds and dry roast till the almonds turn crunchy. Keep aside.
Add chopped cashew nuts and dry roast. Keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped green chillies and chopped dry coconut.
Saute for few seconds till coconut pieces are well roasted.
Add puffed amaranth and mix. Add sendha namak (rock salt}, powdered sugar and black pepper powder. Mix well.
Add roasted nuts and mix well.
Allow it to cool and store in an airtight container and serve as required. It stays fresh for a long time.
