Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and asafoetida.
When the seeds start crackling, add chopped garlic and chopped green chillies. Saute for few seconds.
Add chopped spring onions and saute till the onions become soft.
Add turmeric powder, salt red chilli powderand mix.
Next, add gram flour and mix.
Cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Uncover and sprinkle few drops of water.
Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes.
Zunka is ready to be served with bhakris.
