Divide the idli batter into 2 parts.
In one part of the idli batter add beetroot juice and mix well.
Next, grease idli plates.
Pour idli batter into the moulds and fill the mould with idli batter.
Steam the idlis for 10 minutes.
Unmould the idlis.
Using a heart shaped cutter, punch each idli inthe centre.
Next, place a red heart in the centre of white idli and white heart in the centre of red idli.
Repeat the same with all the idlis.
Serve these beautiful heart idlis with coconut chutney.
