In to a mixer jar, add fresh coconut, coriander leaves, green chillies, garlic and ginger. Add little water and blend to a fine paste. Keep aside.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and hing.
When the seeds start crackling, add the green masala paste. Saute for a minute on low flame.
Add green peas and mix.
Add salt and goda masala. Give a quick mix.
Add a cup of water.
Cover and cook till the peas are cooked.
You can adjust the consistency of the gravy as required by you by adding more/less water. Serve hot.
