Firstly chop all the veggies and keep aside.
Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan. Add the eggs, season with 1 tsp black pepper powder and salt, and scramble them until cooked. Set the scrambled eggsaside.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic.Saute on high heat for few seconds.
Next, add the chopped onions and sauté .
Add the chopped French beans, carrots, capsicum, and cabbage, and sauté on high heat for 2 to 3 minutes. Season with salt to taste.
Now, add the cooked basmati rice. The rice should be cooled before adding, or ideally, use a day-old rice stored in the fridge.
Add the scrambled eggs along with soy sauce, 1 tsp black pepper powder, and chili sauce.
Gently mix everything together.
Finally, add a teaspoon of vinegar and mix well. Garnish with chopped spring onion greens and serve hot.
