Heat oil in a pan/clay pot.
Add mustard seeds, curry leaves,chopped garlic, chopped green chillies and saute.
Add chopped onion and saute for few seconds.
Add chopped French beans,chopped carrots and chopped cabbage.
Add salt , turmeric powder, ¼ cup water and mix well.
Cover and cook on low heat for 7 to 10 minutes.
Add fresh coconut and mix.
Cover the pan and let it cook for few seconds. Serve hot
