Chop onion, tomato, palak, green chillies, ginger, garlic and keep aside.
Grate the paneer and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds. When the seeds start crackling, add chopped green chillies, ginger and garlic. Saute for few seconds.
Add chopped onion and saute on low heat till the onions turn soft and golden in colour.
Next, add chopped tomato and saute till the tomato turns mushy.
Next, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin-corainder powder and garam masala. Mix well.
Add chopped spinach and saute for a minute or so.
Add grated paneer, salt and mix well.
Finally, garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with phulkas,parathas or spread it over toast.
