Soak soya granules in hot water for 15 to 20 minutes.
Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes.
Chop the onion and green chillies. Keep aside.
Squeeze out water from soya granules and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, chopped onion and saute.
Add green chillies and ginger garlic paste. Saute for few seconds till the onion turns golden in colour.
Add soaked soya granules and fresh peas. Mix well.
Add turmeric powder, red chillipowder, cumin-coriander powder and garam masala. Give a quick mix.
Add soaked rice and mix.
Add 2 ½ cups of water.
Add chopped coriander leaves and mix.
Close the pressure cooker and cook for 3 whistles.
Open the pressure cooker when the steam escapes naturaaly.
Serve Soya Granules Pulao with curds or raita
