Mango Lassi

Come summer, and the king of fruits is here tempting all the foodies to try out various recipes using mangoes.   Lassi is a traditional yoghurt based drink and can be made in many flavours.  Mango lassi is one among the many flavours of lassi. This cooling, refreshing drink is very easy to make.

Ingredients

2 cups of  ripe mangoes, chopped
2 cups of chilled curds/yoghurt
3 tbsp Sugar or as required
few ice cubes

Mango Lassi

Method

Peel the mango and cut it into cubes.
Blend mangoes with sugar to a fine paste.
Then add the curds, ice cubes and blend it for a few seconds. 
Mango Lassi is ready to be served.

Note: Sugar can be avoided if the mangoes are sweet.
