Method
- Heat oil in a pan.Â
- Add bay leaves, star anise, cloves and  cinnamon stick.
- Saute and add onions.
- Let the onions cook on a slow flame till it becomes golden in colour. Â
- Add green chillies and ginger garlic paste and cook. Â
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook till it turns soft.Â
- Now, add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, cumin-coriander powder and garam masala .Â
- Mix well and cook.
- Add the minced chicken and mix well.
- Cook covered on a slow flame for 5 to 8 minutes.Â
- Add boiled green peas and mix.
- Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Once done, garnish with chopped coriander. Â
- Serve hot with paav or roti.
