Paneer Matar Paratha

Paneer green peas paratha, a wholesome paratha is a complete meal in itself.  Boiled, mashed green peas are combined with whole wheat flour to make this paratha dough. Using this dough, you can even make plain green peas paratha.   The paratha is stuffed with paneer. I have used homemade low fat paneer for the stuffing. These parathas make a healthy lunch box recipe for children.
