Papaya Milkshake

Papaya Smoothie is a refreshing and healthy drink  which can be served for breakfast. It makes a good after school drink when the kids come back hungry from school. Papaya is a good source of fiber and minerals.  It has its natural sweetness, so you can give the sugar a miss. But if you want extra sweetness, then feel free to add sugar to your smoothie.


2 cups of chopped papaya
½  cup milk
Sugar as per taste (Skip sugar if the papaya is sweet)


Combine chopped papaya, milk and sugar in a blender and blend into a thick smoothie. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
