Raw Mango Chutney – a delicious chutney bursting with spicy, tangy flavours It makes for a perfect accompaniment with dry snacks. It’s a simple recipe and very easy to make.
1 medium sized mango chopped (kairi)
1 cup coriander leaves (hara dhaniya)
1/4 cup fresh coconut (nariyal)
1 or 2 green chilies (hari mirch)
1 or 2 garlic cloves (lehsun)
¼ tsp cumin seeds (jeera) (optional)
salt as required (namak)
- Blend the chopped mango, coriander leaves, grated coconut, green chillies, garlic cloves, cumin seeds and salt with a little water to a smooth paste.
- Serve raw mango chutney as a side dish with dal rice.
- It can also be served with any dry snacks .
