A cooling raita to go with spicy food.
1 cup curds (dahi)
1 large cucumber, peeled and grated (kakdi / kheera)
1 tsp roasted cumin powder (jeera powder)
1/2 cup chopped mint leaves (pudina)
salt as per taste
- In a mixing bowl, add the curds and whisk till it becomes smooth.
- Add salt, roasted cumin powder and mix.
- Add grated cucumber, chopped mint leaves and mix.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled.
