Palak Paneer Bhurji is a quick and delicious dish where crumbled paneer and chopped spinach are sautéed with spices.

About Palak Paneer Bhurji

Palak Paneer Bhurji is a flavorful twist on the classic paneer bhurji, incorporating the goodness of spinach, which adds both taste and health benefits. To prepare Palak Paneer Bhurji, finely chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, ginger and garlic are sautéed in a little oil or ghee until aromatic. Then, chopped spinach is added and cooked until it wilts. Crumbled paneer is then mixed in, along with spices like turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin-coriander powder, and garam masala.

This dish pairs well with rotis, parathas, or even toasted bread, making it a versatile option for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It is quick to prepare and an excellent way to include more greens and protein in your diet.
